ABOUT ME

MY STORY

Samantha LaBonne’s story isn’t about titles. It’s about identity. How it forms, how it shifts, and how it’s rebuilt over time.

Raised in Connecticut, she found her confidence early through competition, preparation, and stepping onto stages that required composure and presence, first as Miss Connecticut Teen USA in 2011 and later competing for Miss Connecticut USA. Long before that, she was a dancer, learning how to move with rhythm, trust instinct, and feel at home in front of an audience. To this day, she lives by the phrase “never not dancing.”

Professionally, Samantha works at Indeed, partnering with organizations navigating growth, hiring, and workforce strategy. Prior to that, she built her career in the energy industry. Those years sharpened her understanding of reliability, communication, and what it means to show up consistently.

She got married 2019 and entered motherhood in 2020, a season that reshaped everything. In a chapter that was meant to feel clear and celebratory, she instead experienced a quiet loss of identity and a deep questioning of her confidence. Achievement alone no longer felt like enough. The question shifted from “What can I accomplish?” to “Who am I becoming?”

As her life expanded through marriage, motherhood, and new seasons, her questions deepened. Achievement alone wasn’t enough. She became more interested in alignment than applause,  in building a life that felt as grounded as it was ambitious.

That tension, between performance and presence, discipline and joy, is what drives her work today.

Samantha speaks and collaborates around reinvention, voice, leadership, and modern womanhood. She is known for blending structure with soul, helping women grow without shrinking in the process.

Her work isn’t about arriving.

It’s about evolving and never standing still.
